Pre Event Planning - Help with all manner of tasks: finding, booking, and managing your venue(s) and vendors prior to your event; advising on decisions big and small.
Pre Event Consulting - We love to work with hands-on couples who want to take on the majority of planning and would primarily like local vendor referrals and advice through the planning process, help with brainstorming a layout, creation of a timeline, and coordination for the day-of.
Event Design - Guidance to create a cohesive look that perfectly reflects your style and vision for the event. This can range from simple brainstorming session to customized design boards, in person meetings with decor vendors, and custom-crafted signage.
On Site Event Coordination - Someone to take on all the details of set up and execution of a flawless event, from managing the layout first thing in the morning, to getting you down the aisle with your favorite song, to timing your sister's speech, to letting you dance the night away as we manage the clean up.
Frequently Asked Question: Do we do Day- Of Coordination? NO. In fact, I don’t really believe day-of coordination even exists. At least not in a good way. You’ve been planning and dreaming about your event for at least a few months and more than likely, for years. How can anyone come in the day-of and understand everything in your head? We’re pretty good mind-readers, but we’re not THAT good. It’s crucial that you include whomever you’re hiring as a coordinator as early as possible so that they truly understand your vision and aren’t asking you questions all day when you’re supposed to be able to be present and enjoy your own party.
